Ingredients: My tweaks:
1/2 c honey 2 Tbs sesame seeds
2Tbs of wasabi sauce, and 2 Tbs of soy sauce 1 Tbs Chinese 5 spice
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 grated ginger
4 -6 salmon fillets
Mix all the ingredients into warmed honey (placed in microwave for about 15 seconds to make it slightly runny for easier blending) and use this to coat the fish every 4-5 minutes.
We grilled ours on low for about 20 mins and we basted them with the sauce every 5 minutes.
